1. PAYMENTS
We offer various forms of payments. Payments directly made online can be done through Paypal. We also accept direct bank transfers and various cards such as Mastercards, Visa, American Express etc. For customers in Kenya payments can also be made via M-pesa or with cash/card upon collection from the showroom or any other place agreed upon. (Please note that an order will only be accepted once the payment has been received). Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
2. DELIVERY
Delivery to countries outside Kenya will be made by Express Courrier. Customers purchasing within Kenya can choose to come and collect their order from the showroom or to get their product delivered directly to them. The delivery costs are not included in the price of the product and may vary depending on the size, the weight and its final destination. Kindly note that the shipping charges do not include any customs or duty charges. Bush Princess shall not be responsible for any tax or duties applied in the country of destination.
3. RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your product and wish to return it, please email us, and we will send you a return form that you will need to fill in and send back for us to evaluate your request.
4. PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY
If there is any problem with your delivery, such as damaged items, we will need you to immediately send us an email with a picture of the damaged goods. If there is any other problem with your delivery, please send us a message, and we will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
5. CUSTOMISED BAGS
We offer customisation options for many of our bags. Customers can choose from a range of colours and materials for their bags through the webpage. Separate detachable straps in various colour patterns and sizes can be purchased separately under accessories.
