1. PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you have read and agreed with these Terms and Conditions.
Orders are accepted only if:
1/ Items are available
2/ Order reflects our current pricing
3/ Delivery is in our delivery destinations
4/ Credit card or account are authorized for the transaction
We will confirm the reception of your order through our automatic confirmation email. A follow-up confirmation email might be sent if needed.
Furthermore, we are under no obligation to provide goods to you at an incorrect lower price, even once we have sent a confirmation to you, if the pricing error is obvious and could have been recognised by you as an error.
2. PRICES
The items prices and delivery charges are as indicated on the website.
If your order is for delivery to a destination outside Kenya, it may be subject to import duties and taxes. Payment of duties and taxes are under your responsibility. Any such duties and taxes may vary in different territories.
For specific duties and taxes relevant to your place of delivery, we recommend you contact your local customs office.
We reserve the right to amend our prices and delivery charges at any time.
3. PAYMENT
We accept payments by credit card and debit card, as indicated on the website. Payment is due at the time your order is accepted by us.
Your authorized payment method may be subject to security checking.
No order will be fulfilled in case of non-authorized payment.
We are not responsible for charges or penalties imposed by the payment provider used to place the order.
4. DELIVERY
We are doing our best to deliver orders within our estimated delivery times; if no date is specified, we always work for a delivery within a reasonable time from the confirmation’s date. (except unforeseen circumstances)
In case of anticipated delay, we will contact you to inform you.
It is most important that the address you are giving us is accurate.
No delivery to PO boxes or hotels.
In most cases, a recipient signature is required on delivery.
We will be responsible for order’s items until they have been delivered to the specified delivery address.
No shipment will be sent before full payment and delivery charges are paid.
5. CANCELLATION - RETURN - REFUND
If you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to receive your order, you have the legal right to cancel the contract at any time, from the date you receive the confirmation until the end of the third day after your order is delivered.
Cancellation right does not apply to any items made-to-measure, custom-made or personalized.
If you decide to cancel your contract, you must contact us by email,
your cancellation is effective at the date your e-mail is sent.
If your order is delivered prior to, or after your cancellation notice, we will contact you with instructions on how to return.
You must return the goods to us as soon as possible after delivery at your own cost. You have a legal obligation to return the items is their new conditions.
Returns: if at delivery you decide you do not wish to keep your order, the return’s cost will be under your responsibility.
We recommend that you use a secure and trackable means of returning the items to us. You will be liable for any damage or loss of the items during the return process.
Returns are not accepted for items that have been used or damaged by customers.
For Cancellation and Return orders done in accordance of our Terms and Conditions, a full refund will be processed. (in the case of contract cancellation, this refund will include any applicable delivery charges)
We will process the refund within 30 calendar days from the day we received your cancellation or return notice.
We will refund you on the same credit or debit card you used to place your order.
6. REPAIRS
Please contact us immediately for any items you receive that are faulty or defective. We can attend any requested repairs.
Faulty, defective or not as described items will be refunded in full with any applicable delivery charges.
